We want you to love your Lovely Looks purchase but if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will refund the product price but unfortunately we do not refund any postage costs.
Please email “itscherrylove@hotmail.com” prior to returning any item stating:

- Order no
- Reason for return
Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition in original packaging.
- We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking
- Lovely Looks does not accept liability for any returned goods list or damaged in post
- Returns outside the stated timeframe will only be accepted at the discretion of Lovely Looks
- Refunds will only be made on the card used to purchase the goods with
- Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete
- Lovely Looks does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
