• Lovely Looks does not accept liability for any returned goods list or damaged in post
• Returns outside the stated timeframe will only be accepted at the discretion of Lovely Looks
• Refunds will only be made on the card used to purchase the goods with
• Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete
• Lovely Looks does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds
• Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
